Yarn Tasting | Workshop social

This is an in person workshop held at Baaad Rabbits in New West.

What is yarn tasting you might ask?

A cozy sit-down event with some refreshments, hands-on crochet or knitting, and good company! Each participant will receive a variety of yarns to 'sample' which, one by one, they can cast onto their hook or needle while yarn specs, pattern-making suggestions and finished objects are presented.

Your reservation will include five mini skeins from some of our newest and favourtite dyers and farmers. Compare different yarn weights and fibre contents head to head while crocheting or knitting up a simple pattern or square swatch.

You'll pick up your yarn-tasting sampler at the door on the evening of the event.

Credit for future classes will only be provided if we are notified either by phone or email at least one week in advance of the class or workshop, or a refund minus $15 administration fee. 

Please note - Baaad Rabbits is located in an old building with no insulation - if it is cold outside, the shop is also cold in the morning - please dress accordingly.

We request you do not attend the class if you are feeling unwell, please note, partial class refund is not available, and the 72 hour cancellation policy applies.

Covid policy: Baaad Rabbits strongly supports the wearing of masks whilst respecting everyone's personal choice. Masks are recommended but not mandatory.
