Shipping policy

If you are local, we offer free in-store pickup during regular store hours.  Just select that option at checkout.  We will notify you when your order is ready for you.

Effective January 1, 2022, the City of Vancouver bylaw requires us to charge a fee of $0.25 + tax for paper shopping bags. All in-store pickup orders will have this fee automatically added.  

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and are added to the total purchase price. Orders are shipped via Canada Post. We will ship your order within 5 business days.

Any special shipping requests must be made in the comments box or email/call us. Additional charges may apply.

We will send you an email with your tracking number (where applicable) once your item has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply for heavier/larger orders and we will contact you before shipping.

For delivery within BC

Most orders within BC are sent Expedited Parcel; they are traceable and insured up to C$100. Allow 3 to 7 business days from date of shipping. 

For shipments up to $249 – C$15

For orders of $250.00 or more before taxes – FREE SHIPPING!

For delivery within rest of Canada and US

Most orders within Canada are sent Expedited Parcel; they are traceable and insured up to C$100, within US via USPS.. Allow 7 to 10 business days from date of shipping. 

For shipments up to $249 – C$20

For orders of $250.00 or more before taxes – FREE SHIPPING!

For lost parcels, 21 business days have to pass before we can process a replacement or refund.
