Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns on regular price yarn for a refund within 30 days of purchase if unused, in original condition, and with the original Order Number.  The refund will be made to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale yarn, special order equipment (spinning wheels, weaving looms, winders, etc), needles, notions, books, patterns, and giftware are all final sale.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If you requested an exchange, we will then process and ship your replacement order.  Shipping charges will apply.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except when returning faulty or damaged product.  All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail with a tracking number. 

Class refund policy

• Credit for future classes will only be provided if we are notified either by phone or email at least 3 days in advance of the class or workshop, or a refund minus $15 administration fee. 
• No refunds or credits offered for missed sessions; any sessions cancelled due to teacher availability will be rescheduled.
