Emotional Support Tunisian Crochet Chicken | 3 part class

This is an in person class held at Baaad Rabbits in New West.

You need to be confident in working a Tunisian simple stitch to take this class, this is a great skill builder class!

During this 3 part class you will learn all the skills you need to make your Tunisian chicken, and maybe many more!

In the first class you will learn short rows and stripes for the tail. Homework to complete the tail.

Second class we will work the breast and head and start the underbelly.

In the last class your chicken will come to life! We will sew/ crochet all the parts together.

Materials required (not included):

• Pattern: Available on Ravelry here.
• Yarn: Worsted weight yarn in two colours, we used Cascade 220.
• Yarn in red and gold for beak, comb & wattle.
• 8mm safety eyes.
• Hook: 4mm - 4.5mm depending whether you crochet loose or tight. Chiaogoo hooks available here.
• Locking stitch markers
• Polyfil.

Dates: 

• Sunday January 11th 2pm - 3:30pm, 18th, 2pm - 4pm, 25th 2pm - 3:30pm.

Make up classes are not available, if you miss a session, Rebecca will do her best to get you back on track. 

Credit for future classes will only be provided if we are notified either by phone or email at least 3 days in advance of the class or workshop, or a refund minus $15 administration fee. 

Please note - Baaad Rabbits is located in an old building with no insulation - if it is cold outside, the shop is also cold in the morning - please dress accordingly.
