BEGINNER - INTERMEDIATE
Butterfly shawl by MarinJaKnits is a stunning two colour shawl. The shaping of the butterfly is created with short rows.
In this 3 hour workshop and using two small amounts of yarn (40m/ 44y) of contrasting colours and learn all the techniques required to make this stunning shawl and how to navigate the pattern afterwards independently
Materials required (not included):
Pattern: Purchase through Ravelry here, or ask us to purchase instore for you.
Yarn: Two colours of fingering weight yarn with good contrast. You can use one variegated and one solid, or two solid colours. To complete the shawl you will need: Main colour/ Variegated one 796m/ 870y. Contrast colour (stripes) 360m/ 400y.
Needles: 3.5mm/ US size 4 and a 40 - 47 inch cord for the shawl, a shorter cord length can be used for the class.
