Emotional Support Knitted Chicken | 3 part class

You need to know how to knit and purl to take this class, this is a great skill builder class!

Join our Spring-A-Long with this Emotional Support Crochet Chicken! During this 3 part class you will learn all the skills you need to make your chicken, and maybe many more!

In the first class we will work on the tail, ensuring your understand the short rows. Discuss the underbelly, comb and wattle.

Second class we will join the tails together, pick up stitches for the body and ensure you understand how to complete the body and head.

In the last class your chicken will come to life! We will sew/ crochet all the parts together.

Materials required (not included):

• Pattern: Available to purchase on Ravelry here.
• Yarn: Worsted weight yarn in two colours, we used Waves and Silk Harmony for the sample, or see Chicken packs here.
• Yarn in red and gold for beak, comb & wattle, see kit here.
• 12mm sparkle safety eyes, see here.
  
• Needle: 4.5mm 
• Locking stitch markers
• Polyfil available here.

• Wednesday March 19th, 26th, & April 2nd 6:30pm - 8:30pm
• Sunday March 30th, April 6th & 13th, 12pm - 2pm
  
• Saturday April 5th, 12th & 26th, 4:30pm - 6:30pm

Make up classes are not available, if you miss a session, Rebecca will do her best to get you back on track. Help & Assistance workshops are also available.

Credit for future classes or a refund minus $15 administration fee will only be provided if we are notified either by phone or email at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance of the class or workshop.

Please note - Baaad Rabbits is located in an old building with no insulation - if it is cold outside, the shop is also cold in the morning - please dress accordingly.
