Twirling Cocoon | 3 part class

This is an in person class held at Baaad Rabbits in New West.

You need to be confident in working a double crochet to take this class.

Do you want to twirl too? Twirling Cocoon is a stunning design, I loved crochet-ing every stitch, it's full of texture and interesting stitches.

In this three part class we will work through the pattern together. The first class we'll get started and work through row by row, class 2 will be going through row 17 together, and the last class will be more workshop style; either working on round 29, or going through any part of the pattern you need help with. 

This class will cover:

• Magic Ring
• Back post/ front post
• Small & Large popcorn
• Puff stitch
• V stitch

Materials required (not included):

• Pattern: Twirling Cocoon (Ravelry link) by Linda Dean Please ensure you bring a printed copy of the pattern with you.
• Yarn: Sample was made in Anchor Bay You could also use any DK or Cascade 220 as per design. We recommend a solid colour to show off the beautiful texture.  
  • 7 x balls of Anchor Bay or
  • 8 x skeins of Cascade 220

• Hook: 5mm for Anchor Bay, 6mm for Cascade 220.
• Removable stitch markers
• Highlighter Tape, a ruler or sticky notes to help you keep track in the pattern.

Dates: 

• Sunday October 5th, 19th and November 2nd, 12pm - 2pm
• Saturday October 25th, November 15th and 29th, 2pm - 4pm

Make up classes are not available, if you miss a session, Rebecca will do her best to get you back on track. Help & Assistance workshops are also available.

Credit for future classes will only be provided if we are notified either by phone or email at least 3 days in advance of the class or workshop, or a refund minus $15 administration fee. 

Please note - Baaad Rabbits is located in an old building with no insulation - if it is cold outside, the shop is also cold in the morning - please dress accordingly.
