Easter Rabbit Hunt!
April 18 2025 – Rebecca Glazier

Swing by this weekend to join in our Easter Rabbit Hunt!
Can you guess (or count) how many rabbits we've made (myself, Paula, Nancy, Sheila, Janice and Cheryl have all contributed to the rabbit herd!)
Also included in the count is any ceramic rabbits too, so basically any rabbit that's not for sale!
Add your name, email and count to the sign up sheet in store and the people who guess correctly will be entered into the prize draw for a $25 gift voucher.
Pictured is the very first rabbit to join the warren, lovingly made by Paula with the latest rabbit to join us, Olivia, from Ricorumi's Spring CAL!
🐇Hunt is all day Saturday & Sunday, in store only.
🐇Qualifying rabbits have a sticker on them - find a rabbit without a sticker, ask Rebecca if they qualifiy or if she's missed one!
🐇Store is open regular hours all long weekend.
🐇Winner will be announced on Tuesday🐇
We've refreshed our centre display to be *all* about the rabbits! Whether you knit, crochet, embroider or needle felt, we have a rabbit kit for you!
We have a dedicated Rabbit section on our website of course, and the Rabbit in the Moonlit cowl kits have recently been restocked too.
And not to forgot our heavenly Angora! I've still got Swirly (Ravelry link) on my want to make list, and you can see all our Ravelry Angora inspiration here.
If you haven't tried your hand at colourwork knitting yet, and would like to learn how to knit with one yarn feeding from each hand, come and join in this workshop, it's a lot of fun, and you'll learn how to knit continental or english style flicking (depending which one you don't know)

Hand Maiden: Maiden Hair & Sea Silk
We've received an order this week with new colours on Maiden Hair, and all the new colours in Sea Silk & Maiden Hair have now been photographed and are available online as well as in store.
The Maiden hair just *glows* and it's one of my favourite jobs to open up the boxes of pretties and display them on our yarn wall whilst dreaming what they might become (in my hands or yours!)
