Crochet bag: including intro to Tunisian Crochet: Starts Saturday January 20th, 9:30am - 11am. 4 part series.

Learn to KnitStarts Sunday January 21st, 9:30 - 11am. 4 part series. 

A beginner level class for anyone who has never picked up needles or you are in need of a refresh. You will learn how to cast on, knit, purl and cast off whilst making a pair or wristwarmers. Sign up here.

 

Learn to Crochet: Starts Sunday January 21st, 11:30am - 1pm. 4 part series. 

A beginner level class for anyone who has never picked up a hook or if you are in need of a refresh. You will learn how chain stitch, single crochet, half double crochet and double crochet, then apply these skills to making a scrubby and an amigurumi rainbow. Sign up here.

 

Fixing Mistakes: Sunday January 21st 1:30 - 3:30pm.

This workshop is for those of you who would like to learn how to fix your mistakes in knitting. Regardless of how long you've been knitting for, you never stop making mistakes, the key is becoming confident in fixing them in an efficient and stress less way! Sign up here.

  

Stacked Stitches, Ribbon Candy Scarf: Saturday January 27th, 11:30am - 2:30pm. 

Stacked stitches are a super cool and fun technique developed by Xandy Peters, maybe you've heard of his Fox Paws design? (Ravelry link) 

Ribbon Candy Scarf is a great introduction to this technique and it's really fun to make! In this workshop we will work a swatch together of two repeats so you can learn the pattern. Sign up here.

 

Two hand Colourwork KnittingSaturday January 27th 4 - 6pm.

 Learning to be able to knit with yarn from both hands is the first step in being able to knit with yarn coming from both hands at the same time.

In this workshop you will learn how to knit with yarn from your non dominant hand and then you will try knitting with two colours, one from each hand. Sign up here

 

Double Knit WorkshopSunday January 28th 1:30pm - 4:30pm.

Double knit is the art of creating a two layer knit fabric, whilst working 2 or more colours across a row a to create a mirror matched design (or even a non mirror matched design!)

In this workshop you will learn the modern technique of working two yarns across the row at the same time whilst creating a mirror match design. You can make the Butterfly design (Ravelry link) or you are welcome to bring another chart of your choice if you'd prefer to knit a different design. Fair Isle & Steeking: Starts Thursday February 1st, 6:30 - 8:30pm, 2 part class.

The first week we will cover two handed colourwork Fair Isle knitting including catching/ weaving in your yarns. If two handed colourwork is not for you, Rebecca will show you how to work with yarns coming from the same hand so your yarns don't tangle too. The second week, we will Steek! Sign up here.

A brioche workshop for anyone who has never brioche-ed before or would like a refresh. You will first learn how to work one colour brioche, before moving onto two colour (where the real fun starts!) Sign up here

 

Pressed Flowers Mosaic workshopSaturday February 3rd 2 - 4pm.

Would you like to learn mosaic/ slip stitch knitting and how to read a chart? Join us for a 2 hour workshop at Baaad Rabbit's and we'll get you started on the stunning Pressed Flowers Cowl by Amy Christoffers.

During the workshop we will work a swatch of the pressed flowers motif, make sure you understand how to read the pattern and chart, and get you started on your cowl.  Sign up here

 

Honeycomb BriocheSaturday February 10th 11:30am - 1:30pm.

Honeycomb brioche is a beautiful waffle like fabric, similar to working bricohe, but different! You do not need to have brioch-ed before to take this workshop.

Ladderback Jacquard workshopSunday February 11th, 1:30 - 3:30pm.

In this workshop you will learn the *super cool* ladderback jacquard technique, similar to double knitting, a clean way to work long floats along the back of your colourwork projects. Sign up here.

 

Sensit crochet sweater class: Starts Tuesday February 13th, 6:30 - 8pm, 6 part class.

Sensit Sweater by Linda Skuja is a beautiful flowing textural crochet sweater design. A pleasure to make and oh so satisfying to see it come to life!

In this 6 part class we will make the sweater together and ensure it fits you how you like! We will discuss adjustments for body length and sleeve length - the beauty of making our own clothes is the ability to make them how we want them to be!  Sign up here.

Learn not only how to knit a sweater, but also how to make one that fits you the way you want it to in this in-depth five part class.

Yarn Tasting Shawl | Technique and skill building shawl: Starts Saturday February 24th, 9:30 - 11am. 6 part series. 

If you are wanting to learn more about fibres, about how knitted fabric is constructed, how to read your fabric and fix mistakes then this 6 week/ 9 hour class is for you. Vayu Shawl workshopSaturday February 24th, 11:30am - 2:30pm.

Have you dabbled in crochet but not made your first shawl? Then this workshop is for you, together we will start Vayu by Lana Jois (Ravelry link).

    I want to learn all kind of knitting and crochet how much is it gonna cost around and how long is it gonna take so that I can manage it with my schedule
