Pressed Flowers Mosaic Knitting | 2 hour workshop

You need to know how to knit and purl to take this class. 

This is an in person class held at Baaad Rabbits in New West. 

Would you like to learn mosaic/ slip stitch knitting and how to read a chart? Join us for a 2 hour workshop at Baaad Rabbit's and we'll get you started on the stunning Pressed Flowers Cowl by Amy Christoffers.

During the workshop we will work a swatch of the pressed flowers motif, make sure you understand how to read the pattern and chart, and get you started on your cowl.

Mosaic knitting is the next step in multi-coloured knits after stripes, you only work with one colour across the row at a time, and if you can knit, you can mosaic! 

Materials required (not included):

• Pressed Flowers Cowl pattern (Ravelry link) by Amy Christoffers Or any pattern from the Pressed Flowers collection you would like to make.
• Yarn: Two colours of DK weight yarn, 100g/ 225m each colour. Options in store include; WildWestDye pure merino DK, Merino/ cashmere/ silk DK, Sweet Georgia and Lily and Pine Sunflwer DK.

• Needles: Circulars or straight needles as per your preference in 4mm/ US 6 or 4.5mm/ US 7 if you are a tight knitter.

Credit for future classes or a refund minus $15 administration fee will only be provided if we are notified either by phone or email at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance of the class or workshop.

Please note - Baaad Rabbits is located in an old building with no insulation - if it is cold outside, the shop is also cold in the morning - please dress accordingly.
