Crochet Shawl - Hitchin' a Ride | 2 hour workshop

This is an in person class held at Baaad Rabbits in New West.

You need to be confident in working a single crochet to take this class.

Have you dabbled in crochet but not made your first shawl? Then this workshop is for you, together we will start Hitchin' a Ride by Sharon Cheek (Ravelry link).

Rebecca will take you through step-by-step, ensure you understand how to read the pattern, the adjustments she made, and how to place stitch markers to make sure you are successful and can confidently complete the shawl by yourself.

Materials required (not included):

You can make this shawl in fingering or sport weight yarn as per your preference. In store sample was made with 150g/ 450m of WildWestDye's silk/merino sport. Swatch was made with Hand Maiden Casbah. You need between 150g/ 200g of yarn (2 skeins)

Removable stitch markers - at least 14

Suggested hook size:

Fingering weight: 5.5mm hook

Sport weight: 6.5mm hook
