Wet Felting | 2 hour workshop

No experience required.

This is an in person workshop held at Baaad Rabbits in New West. 

In this hands on workshop you learn how make felt fabric using wet felting technique. Choose from the wide selection of fibre in store for your felting.

You can simply cut the fabric into squares to make coasters, or with the pattern provided make a notions or crochet hook pouch. You will be provided with a template for making a notions/ crochet hook pouch.

Materials required: (not included)

• 50 - 100g of roving, Corriedale fun packs, Sarah Elizabeth, West Coast Colour, Two Cozy Chicks available all in store.
• Wear old clothes or an apron
• Please bring an old-ish hand towel with you - if you don't have one, please let Rebecca know and she will be able to provide a few. 
• *optional* 'Funky Bits' Sarah Elizabeth fun packs

Credit for future classes will only be provided if we are notified either by phone or email at least 3 days in advance of the class or workshop, or a refund minus $15 administration fee. 

Please note - Baaad Rabbits is located in an old building with no insulation - if it is cold outside, the shop is also cold in the morning - please dress accordingly.

We request you do not attend the class if you are feeling unwell, please note, partial class refund is not available, and the 72 hour cancellation policy applies.

Rebecca has been knitting since she was 7 years old and has always had a love for textiles and colour. Teaching people how to knit and crochet expresses one of her greatest joys; sharing her creativity and passion with people.
